Yay!. The news wasn't looking good (as I said here), but apparently the BBC and the "Terry Nation Estate" have reached a compromise and the new Doctor Who series they're making will have the Daleks in it.
Fingers crossed now that Bille Piper won't be too bad...

Friday, 02 July 2004The BBC have reported that the new series of Doctor Who due out early next year won't have any Daleks in it due to some contractual disagreements with "The Terry Nation Estate". Booooo!
